Is there anything that can help my dogs color(red) come out more and darker?

You can feed him carrots. It really helps bring out the red in their coat.

We cook carrots, then mash them, and add about 100 g at each meal to thir kibble. I don't think it has made any difference in their coat colour but their output is nice and firm from the added fibre.

For a temporary colour enhancement you can try a henna rinse.

I read some where Spirulina can enhance the red in coat. As well as sardines, because of the iodine content. Also any of the orange veggies like mentioned carrots or yams etc.

Kelp (seaweed) is good for pigmentation.  Unless of course your dog has a thyroid problem.
