Indian,
Unfortunately, I do not understand your question. Can you find someone who speaks and writes English or German? Then perhaps we can help you.

I think he means eczema skin infection and most likely refers to hotspots.
Indian, keep the affected skin area dry. You may have to shave away some of the fur to allow air to the infection site. There are numerous treatments for what we call "hotspots" which are wet open sores on the surface of the skin. Can you find medicated powder where you live? In the US it's called Gold Bond powder. There's also a preparation for babies called Desitin powder.
Do not apply ointments or creams. Allow air to dry the wound and try to keep your dog from licking or biting at it. You can also make a strong black tea and wash the are with it which will help it dry out.
Do you have access to a pharmacy?

Good. Ask the pharmacist for a medicated powder. The Gold Bond powder used in America contains talcum, acacia, eucalyptol, methyl salicilate, salicylic acid (which is aspirin), thymol, zinc stearate. If you show these words to the pharmacist he or she will know what you're asking for.
Best of luck and please write back and let us know. If you are not able to find this or a similar powder please send me a PM with your address. I'll mail some to you.
