Dog starved to death for art exihibit - Page 1

Some of you may have already gotten an email regarding signing a petition to stop this man who is a so called artist from starving another dog to death in the name of art. Please if you have not already gotten an email from someone visit this site and sign the petition to stop this man. I just received an email with photos of this dog that was caught in the street, tied up and starved to death all in the name of art. This was pathetic. This is definitely something which any animal lover would be willing to help put an end to. I have not idea how many signatures are needed but I am sure it will take a lot and they have a lot already. If anyone would like to get a copy of the email I received that actually shows this poor dog just let me know and I will forward it. Thank you to anyone that takes the time to help!

I'm going to call my local radio and TV later and see if they can help if we all do something perhaps we can stop this freak

 I cannot believe that this happened without the authorities being called. Where did this supposedly happen? I have seen several posts on the internet suggesting that it was not true. If it is true, then this person should be arrested and charged and, in this country, surely would be in most states.
