well he didnt comeout and say for sure lol. but that doesnt explain how a dog food company like solid gold can make 33lbs of dog food (wolf king bison) adult dog food for under a dollar a pound. Bison meat wholesales around 7 dollars a pound . What about labor, packaging, delivery. damn dont forget the Ocean Fish Meal that is second on the list, then comes brown rice, brown rice is expensive, and they can still make a profit. There has been plenty of discussion on this forum about feeding your dog's raw after watching this and the the other videos you will find on you-tube.  What can your excuse be now.     To put it in plain and very basic terms    The pet food industry is slowly killing our dog's.  Where did all this cancer come from that is killing our dog's a good portion of it is supplied by your pet food industry.  Dead dog's and cats in your dog food if you look into it that is just a small portion of all the crap they put in their.      When are we going to wise up???

The remark about fluffy?   Where would a dogfood manufacturer aquire any quantity of fluffy's to make it worth their while to include them into the making of dogfood?   The video is so bogus, the guys not saying what the sound track says.

I wish people would stop posting youtube clips and trying to represent them as factual.  Its insulting to anyone with a brain.

Some of you would believe anything. Maybe if you read something about cancer, rather than watch some idiotic youTube stuff on the internet you might realize that all creatures, all, have the potential for a variety of cancers. They are not all eating dog food. As I have said before on another thread, there is a lot known about cancers. Some are because of genetics, some are unique to certain species, some to gender, some occur because of viral infections, some because of environmental exposures probably combined with some difference in genetic code that creates a predisposition for disease. If you want to feed raw, or whatever, do so. But give up on ridiculous statements.

2 Moons, it's not dubbed. Some youtube sound is just behind the video is all. I also don't think this is so rediculouse to believe. They are throwing cats and dogs into food Hodie. Believe it or not! Why throw it away or pay $ to incinerate them when they can make a profit picking it up and double their profit by selling it again for use? That's called a smart business man. They do it with spoiled veggies as well.

However thinking you can get away from cancer by feeding RAW is not going to work unless you feed all natural free range chicken and animals not innoculated for every thing under the sun. My goal is to in 5 years or so, be raising my own food and feed for my dogs. I'll be able to control what they are sprayed and fed with. Still irrigation water is tainted and our air is dirty with polution, it doesn't stop at food. Cancer will never go away but we can do our best to put the cleanest purest substances in our bodies.

Peope can and will believe anything they want to but to squeeze your eyes shut to the gross things that really do happen, wont make your food any better for you. Maybe you can swallow it easier not knowing. Ignorance really is bliss for some! It's the way the human brain works so that  you will not die sooner rather than later. Should I starve myself now, or die slowly eating this garbage? It's too easy to keep shoveling the food in. "I just don't believe that is really happening." "No, it just can't be!" "Our government would protect us from that." "Maybe in a third world country, but we are in the US." Our little minds will keep saying things like this to ourselves so that we DON'T believe it. We don't want to believe it but that doesn't make it any less real.

But in response to where a manufacturer could get enough "Fluffy's" to ad to dog food google the stats. But IMO regardless of whether there are euthanized dog & cats in dog food you are only kidding yourself if you think there is " whole plump chickens, brazed bison, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains" ! There would be NO money to be made on selling a 30# bag of dog food for less than a dollar pound. Just think, the food is dried (cooked to death as well) so in order to make that 30# you actually need well over twice that amount in the first place. Do you really think this food is top of the line that goes into dog food? If you do, I have a bridge to sell you! The food is crap, no matter what commercial food you feed. Its big business and like most big business its about money not the health of "Fluffy"!  Yes we may all be genetically predisposed to getting cancer, but it is also well known that you are what you eat. Why is it with humans it is always shoved down your throat to eat at least 5 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily, don't eat junk food at the fast food joints etc. Its because its crap food, just like commercial dog food. And IMO if you have never fed RAW to see the benefits for whatever your reasons, to many dogs, to lazy, cost to much then I think you should back off on oxymoron statements. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at a bowl of dry kibble and actual fresh food to figure out which is best for your dog to eat. As Blitzen always say's ...can't fix stupid.

ah so  what be problem? dog and cat be very very good protein. fragrant meat be best for regulate blood circulation and giving positive energy  and so so tasty.  many many dishes cook best with cat and dog over beef  veal   or poultry.  doggy rendang  kitty (mee) noodle   dog and kitty rebus all be so tasty    U come to my diner  i fix for U long time.

I can't praise raw feeding enough.  My dogs are healthy and happy and never forego a meal. 

Kibble is only about 50 years old.  Domesticated dogs are said to have been around for 10,000  - 12,000 years (some say much longer).  What were these dogs fed before kibble?

It's "toss a dog a bone" not "toss a dog some dried up cooked meat, veggies, in neat little pieces."
