I'm not a political activist, BUT enough is enough. Here in California there is a real threat of people being denied the tight to breed dogs. How long has man been around the domestic dog and manipulated their uses? 20,00 years; more?
California is a big state. There is money and power here, yet dog breeders here still need the help of their brethren nationwide. When I think of what is going on in our legislative body I shudder. There are powerful forces at work here trying to take away breeders rights by requiring statewide sterilization; i.e. PETA and the Humane Society.
This is what came to mind. Is your state or locale next?
Any thoughts or insights?

I recently heard on the news it passed in LA? Spay or neuter by 4-months unless a recognized breeder?

Indiana is a hell of a lot different from California. Maybe we will get the chance to fight something like this.

Brent,
The Hamilton County Humane society has a sign up in the entry Hall that States a Mandatory Spay neuter law, for that County Noblesville, Indiana.

As far as I know, that bill is still pending. What happens in California will not stay in CA, breeders in all states are at risk. Indiana is no exception.

YellowRose, I love the diagnosis of restless legs syndrome. Everyone has to have something that needs expensive drugs. What's next? Chronic nosepicking syndrome?

Watch out! Homeland Security maybe checking the database! But, all kidding aside, yes L.A. did pass the 4 month spay/neuter legislation. There were restrictions in place concerning breeding before the mandatory sterilization though. The Tri-Lateral commision; haven't heard that one for a while. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist...executive ability and all that. As for the microchips, make mine the AVID brand! Have a good evening and sleep with one eye open.

DON D????? I was talking about human chips...they already have it started here in the USA...surely no one believes it is to find your child if it gets lost.....come on folks ...wake up......
Yes, Blitzen; Restless leg syndrome is a very common event in all of our lives.....it means your body needs and is suffering from the loss of Magnesium and in a certain form...not all magnesium on the market is the correct magnesium and you should take it with vit. d and calcium., and Zinc.... Magnesium helps the ligaments of your legs relax and is natural remedy and has no side effects....and should be from a company that produces natural not chemical or pharmacutical.
