I'm not looking for any drama. I just have a outstanding female and don't want to get involved with very laid back people.  Just trying to find some people that are outstanding helpers and trainers, who are trying very hard to compete in a high level.

Somebody who doesn't run their club like it's a way to get rich.  I understand and beleive in equipement fees, but a club shouldn't be a venue to make money.
