First of all please do not shout ******** IT IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!
Secondly if you could find this site what is so difficult about finding the SV site. Go to google and type in SV gsd and voila you get the address http://www.schaeferhund.de/. Please note the site is only in German. If you need help in a specific language perhaps one of the board members can head you in the appropriate direction.
Hope this helps. Seriously tho please try not to scream at us.

Hello Sajid, contact the person, who sold the dog to you, I'm sure, he can help you .
Otherwise write an email to me, perhaps I can help you.

delacruz,
I have never received my responses in anything but English. The SV has an excellent staff.
If the papers were lost, the previous owner needs to start the process to receive new papers, it has to be the last SV registered owner. There are forms to fill out, then a notice to be published to insure there are no challenges. It takes a bit of time so be patient once it starts.
Good luck with your new dog. :)

When you telephone the SV, and eventually get through, the staff are most helpful, they will always put you through to a member of staff who speaks English.
