I've been trying to book a flight for a puppy on PetSafe for the past 5 days and the wait is 30+ minutes... got a flight, then had to reschedule, after finally rescheduling - they didn't send the confirmation email. My client is livid, my cell phone is way past out of minutes and once again I'm on hold.....
Anyone else having trouble booking with PetSafe?

I had to call (and wait) 4 times to get a flight corrected and email confirmation....
I asked if they would give me the minutes back on my phone and they laughed.

No one informed me they changed offices, though, so when I got to Orlando I parked on the wrong side of the airport and had to push a heavy cart and dog all the way across the entire airport and then ask a bunch of people where the office was. I guess I can't complain too much ... the employee was WAY nicer than the Continental employees EVER were.

my puppy buyers will be very upset if the flight is postponed.......
i used up all my minutes plus had to pay for 120 extra minutes on my phone becasue of petsafe's mess......not a good way to conduct business!
i may never use them again.

my cell phone bill from being on hold will be over $150 for the extra minutes....grrrr
