Issue must be the iPad. I do not have any of the options above.

Does anyone know how to upload a picture from an iPad?

You will have to load it to Flickr or Photobucket and copy the link. There is no dashboard on PD when you are on iPhone or iPad so you can't upload directly. Or at least that is my experience.
