Good Randy. 5pm is still nice and light. If there are rain or clouds the later times may call for working under the lights.  Excellent choice of time slots.

Good luck Randy and Ronaldo!!!  And Shelley and Jed!!!  Wish I could go, just can't.  The people putting on the SS are great people, it will be a great show I'm sure.  Have a lot of fun!

I'm not going either, too far, no dogs to show.  I'd love to go just to watch but time and finances just don't permit it. I expect my female to cycle in a month or so and my spare change is better set aside for that. Best of luck to everyone going, come back with detailed reports please!

I make my short analysis.  Really sad that the genetics are not used across the kennel names.  I look at the "progeny groups" and the only ones that can put one up are the very large breeders.  There are so many good dogs around but kennel blindness seems to be a part and parcel of showing dogs in this part of the world.  Well I have said my due.  I wish all a great event where everyone pats themsleves on their back and drinks a bier to their trophy.  Or trophies.  But I still feel something is sorely missing in the picture.  Can't help it.  I also feel in my sorry little estimation that TeeJay has done his tour and it is time for another dog that is US bred to have a chance.  Am I wrong?  I guess TeeJay will be shown this year in Germany??? to VA.? But I as an absolute outsider do not understand why the clubs are run the way they are or that the breeing progams are so dependent on such limited diversity unless helped form the outside (being Germany).  But who am I?
