Hokamix Purchasing - Page 1

I just tried to purchase Hokamix and ended up having to cancel one of my debit cards because the on line store "Naturmix USA" at http://naturmix.com is taking orders and not filling them. A few years ago they purchased "Dog Town USA" http://dogtownusa.net  so it is the same thing. 2 weeks after my order was placed it still said pending on their website. I tried to email and call multiple times with no answer. One day I called all morning continuously and always only got the answering service. I had left messages and no one called or emailed back. My card was good for the purchase so no problems there. I then contacted Hokamix main in Holland. They emailed back and said that they no longer sell their products to Naturmix because of too many complaints just like mine. They gave me the name and number of an importer to buy from and graciously offered to help if I had any other problems.

They were excellent to deal with and told me that many others have been complaining about this store and some of them were even charged and never received their merchandise. Unfortunately, you can only order by phone right now. They are looking into a "shopping cart" sometime in the near future.
Just didn't want anyone to have to go through what I did!

Thanks Debby for the heads up.  I normally order from that site and I guess I won't be giving them any of my business down the road.  Naturmix was very slow to fill an order I placed a few years back and I stopped using them.
