When is it correct to use the term Sieger, Siegerin or Vice Sieger/Siegerin??

Only at an annual National Sieger Show under a SV Judge, in 12-18 month Youth Group & Working Class.

What about 18-24 month Young Group or Puppy Classes?

Or at a Regional Show?

It sounds like it would be safe to say.....

The term Sieger/Siegerin means winner of the class, & Vice Sieger/Siegerin is 2nd place.
Can be awarded at a Regional or National Sieger Show (under a SV Judge).
And should Only be applied to any dog or bitch IN or OVER the 12-18 month Youth class.
