To answer your question Vegas: We are all affected by this situation. The credibility of this breed lies with the breeders and if one cheats or steps beyond the legal limits of what is allowed it reflects on all.

I have sat back and watched and can only ask if you are credible Vegas, then give us you real name and how to contact you.

I ask that everyone reading this remember Robin and Chris and measure their credibility in the GSD world equal to who they stand with.. Obviously Sue and Rich were smart enough to distance themselves from this mess.

I would hope that this matter is resolved in the court but I also hope that the court reaches out and spanks all those involved in hiding this dog and hampering the rightful due process.  This specific issue is criminal but I hope that Nathan also pursues civil damages.

I hope that those wronged financially by this person come forward and report her financial abuses to the court. Knowing that restitution was agreed upon does not remove the fact that said abuse accured. It only eliminates the chance to procecute en lite of your agreement. 

And Sauerkraut, or DM, standing accused of an unthinkable injustice, you can only reach out and try to spin this whole thing off to attack someone else of what??? showing a higher level of ethics???

This case will be watched and reported to the GSD World. It effects all of us.

So rather than voicing opinions when none of the evidence has been presented,,,,,can't we just shut up and wait for the court to decide?????

I believe I have given you my name, which is Shawna, and how else would you like to contact me and what for? I have done nothing more than speak my opinion and defend the fact that there are indeed two sides to this story. And I thought I was decently fair when saying in my last post that whichever party is deserving will come out on top, in court. My only suggestion with my last question was implying just that - the fact that we are solving nothing with our comments on these boards, and helping no one.

I have no intentions of arguing with anyone here, so if that is what you are looking for, no thank you.

My credibilty is not in question............nor is Chris's...   The dog world is made up of many........most of us, secure enough in our own "practices" and reputations.   

 The Dog World is just as effected by this type of persecution ..........the rightous "name callers" and "stone throwers".  Every month there is a new "flavor"........another breeder to bash and torment.    As hinted in another post......"In this world, we need to grow thick skins".........NONE of us are above the "feast"!

If I have to lose sleep over who I choose to call a (friend.).......then I'm spindless, and don't deserve the same consideration.

I "stand" by no-one.........this particular situation is dreadfull.   I'm not one of the 2 people involved, ..I rather doubt you are either.  If I were Mr. Nathan's friend and the table's were turned....I'd post exactly the same.

  I'm sure that neither party involved is going to come out of this smelling like a rose!

The court will provide the justice deserved............to both parties involved.

Chuckles are you saying that anyone who has been screwed by this breeder in any way should come forward?  It could actually help Nathans case.  I know of three things she has going on right now that would shed some light on those who still believe in her-and believe she would never hurt them, nope not until it happens to you. Most of these people involved were friends of hers and look what she did.   I hope the prosecution calls all of them to the stand. 

I just hope the courts don't let another person get away with something, sometimes the court system does not always work out in our favor.  But if this happens the people who were dm's friends at the time this happened know exactly what she did and that is was wrong.  Those who weren't close to her can believe what they want.  But those inside know the truth and that doesn't change.   She may win in court for some god awful reason but she has lost in life-no matter what happens in court.
