Hi everyone,

this is for people that have a Market basket supermarket in their area, I'm in MA, so I
get this stuff at Market Basket in Seabrook NH, I don't know if it's on sale at all their stores.

Anyway, my dogs love it, I use half a can a dog, not all the time but for that fishy variety.
Right now at the Seabrook NH store, they have it at 2 cans for $3.00, just thought I'd share..

Over here in Belgium, you pay 7 dollars for a 170gram tin of salmon, If you buy fresh Salmon its then 48 Dollars a Kg

If you want to move to another country do not pick Belgium its way over the Top of expensive countries to live

If i was over there i would stock up on  tins of Salmon

If i buy two pieces of Fresh Salmon for Dinner i will only spend about 12 dollars for two people and they are small pieces but as it is a rich fish you do not need big pieces

House Fuel is 1 dollar 18 cents a Litre

Auto diesel is 2 dollars 21 cents a Litre

Loaf of Bread is about 2 dollars 18cents a loaf

Milk is 1 dollar 84 cents a Litre

My pension comes over from England and we lose out when they change it to Euros from Sterling

Tough Days but Thats life
