is it ok if a 10 month pup has one testicle a bit lower than the other? Till few days back both were same size.

Till what age do the scrotums grow? If after full maturity also one ball is bigger than the other is it Ok from competition point of view?  What about breeding point of view?

thanks for all inputs

I had a puppy buyer who got excited about this very thing, so I had to inquire around for him.  My vet told me that it is normal for one testicle to be smaller than the other, unless the difference is extreme.  A slight difference in size is common.  Almost all males have testicles that vary a little bit in size, even if it is not visually discernable.  Your dog is a bit young too...they'll probably even out, at least as far as the eye can tell, a little further down the road.

I forgot to add...the puppy turned out fine, the testicles evened out in size.  The pup was 8 months at the time of inquiry.  Veronica
