I have tried several schutzhund equipment suppliers Jim Hill is excellent but he is an exception my worst is ForDogTrainers. I ordered a vest whic took nearly a month and communications were terrible. They kept saying this and that but no positive outcome, now I think I also have lost the money I paid for the item that I refused to sign for because of the poor incompitant customer service. My question is is there someone better to get my items from as a backup to Mr. Hill?

Jason Lake at Prodogz is wonderful. I placed my order and it was here within 5 days. He's on the West Coast and we're on the East coast.   http://www.prodogz.com/

You are not the only one that has had problems with ForDogTrainers.com. They have horrible customer service. You should search on this site and you will see all the unhappy customers.
I use EliteK9.com when I need to order any equipment. I have always had great service from them.

Lots of places...Hallmark, Elite K9 and Ray Allen are three that I've dealt with within the past year with no problems.
