Just fooling around in the backyard. I am thinking about buying a real pillow, a tug, and a sleeve, but do I get a puppy or intermediate sleeve to use as her first sleeve?

Not bad dude!!!
If you can get both go ahead. If not I would get a harder bite pillow, then go with an intermediate sleeve.
Or for the money, you may look into the suit style sleeves. You can probably buy two for the price of 1 Sch sleeve and get two levels to work your way up.
Just a suggestion, I would keep the sessions just a bit shorter. Angle your bosy a bit so you are not square to the dog, and encourage a re-grip for a fuller bite.
Good job

Nice work, no wonder you had such a big smile. I like your Sarah.

Hey you guys are looking great! I would go to a 23C from Ray Allen.com, it's an intermediate sleeve, she looks ready and like GARD says get the re-bite, make her work for her reward and shorten your sessions. Good work.
