Hi I have a bit of a problem, I had to send 150 euro's and I did. My bank charged me 65 dollars, and his bank charged me 15 euro's. So I was 15 euro's short. I sent the breeder a check and he cant cash it or deposit it...he is sending me the check back with the import pedigree's I needed. Is there a way I can send him 15 euro's without it costing me 80 dollars ? Thank you !

It's only about 20 bucks. Send him a box of chocolates.
