It's Sieger Dingo von Haus Gero: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/39.html
This dog was closely linebred (2,3) off of Canto Weinerau. Walter Martin loved Canto because of his extreme sidegait which he could produce. That is why he often recommended mixing Canto with Quanto lines (Quanto was much more heavy and substantial and not the side-gaiter that Canto was). Of course Canto was rumored to have some serious issues which allegedly keep cropping up occasionally in the breed supposedly due to his genetic input.
Dingo's side gait was much better than his angulations appeared when stacked. This goes to show that it is how the dog uses what he has that determines sidegait. The dog's croup was perfect and that is the key here. Plus his ligamentation was powerful and very flexible. His only flaw moving was one almost no one noticed and is to be considered very slight. There is a slight rotation of his rear hocks at the end of his extension. This dog uses his rear 100% and fully opens up the rear hock at the rearward most extension, which actually is very rare. This is why Walter Martin loved that Canto dog so much even with his other alleged problems. He knew that there were few other places to go for this super efficient movement.
