Hi there. A really strange question coming up.
My females's nails are just not growing. Or they are being worn down at a rate I have never seen before. As in, worn down to the extent that a few nails have bled a bit as the wear pushes up against the quick. We are in good old cold Canada with a bunch of snow and some icy days. No - she is not out a crazy ton. A few leashed walks...training sessions indoors and some 15 min windsprint Kong sessions outdoors.
Really, I had never ever noticed this on my dogs before. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this OR if it could indicate a cause for concern. No, I have not noticed any other health issues....coat is stellar and glossy, appetite ravenous per usual, etc.

Hi there. Good question. No. They do not seem to be. Of course, they are pretty short now and for all I know they could have spilt before. But I had not noticed that and see no signs of that now.
