If you go on ebay you can purchase a product made by Miracle Coat, there is a puppy shampoo that has a tea tree oil base. It does not do so much damage when used for bathing puppies. It comes in a spray bottle, then I would recommend also gettig the skin treatment made by Miracle Coat, you can spray this on the dog and leave it on and you massage it in to the coat. Then I would recommend getting the Miracle Coat waterless spray on shampoo for in between times. Since it is not good to bath a puppy a lot these are very good and work wonderfully. There is a seller that has 100% rating and they ship very fast also the price is what you find when they are at shows. I hope this helps, I have used these products for the past several years and love them it is even available for horses.

If he stinks give him a bath.   If hes muddy and you want to let him in the house give him a bath.   Dont worry about buying puppy shampoo unless you think he couldnt handle yours.     Dogs dont really need baths its more about what you need.

Use   Head and Shoulder for Dandruf   with conditioner   has salycilic acid to remove the dandruf     .. If your dog as this young really has an odor   y.....you may have other problems.......feed raw meat and get his body in order...you may have skin problems......give extra virgin olive oil     daily on food   or    raw salmon oil         1 tsp on bowl of food   .....and vit C Ester and vit  E  would   help       You can also give cod liver oil  and alternate back and forth.....also what dog food are you feeding..?       ..this sometimes is the leading indicator of dog bad smell......Sprinkle a little medicated    body powder made by the same company that  makes foot powder.....it has zinc oxide and absorbs mositure and heals the skin    then brush it out  thoroughly thru and thru   . Just dont get in his eyes......a little in his ears wont hurt.......its medicated and same as you buy in dog stores for three  x  the price....I use foot powder or medicated body powder ...This helps clean the dog also and then you dont have to bath as often...unless they do get in something stinky ....or get too  muddy to dry off......I use the yard blower on my adult dogs or the exhaust of my Rainbow Vaccuum cleaner with some good smelling Oil in the water.....

Lots of ways of helping a dog smelll better   but start first with his diet............................
