Well  from what I read I agreed with most of what they are tring to do But there was a couple that I desagree on.

If it was to pass it would not be the "end of the world" for me I would still do what I am doing now.

EARNHARDT: don't be fooled thinking that this legislation might not be so bad. I things like this get passed it start a steamrolling effect. It will later get ammended and low and behold your rights will be taken away. It always happens little by little. that's why it's so effective. Everyone would be in an uproar if the just outlawed breeding, or charged outragous fees to be allowed to breed and limited it to a chosen few. On the other hand if they do it a little at a time it may take a bit longer but the outcomes the same. If the public keeps overlooking these "LITTLE CONCESSIONS" don't be supprised when they've taken another right away from us totally.

I'll give you the example of AUSTRALIA and their method of gun control. Years back the Australian government decided that thier citizens should register the long guns (rifles, shot guns...) as well as the hand guns they already were registering (well the decent, law abiding citizens anyway)  The public said that's not so bad, just a LITTLE CONCESSION. Well after allowing that to happen it only took a few years and allowing a few more LITTLE CONCESSIONS for the government to get what they were really after, a total BAN and making the ownership of firearms in the country illegal. Then they just showed up at the peoples adresses that they just so nicely supplied on their registration forms, and said "we show you as owning X amount of guns and they are.... hand them over." So now no law abiding citizen has a gun. They only ones that due are the government and the criminal eliment that are the ones that are most likely to use them for crimes, and the government itself.

It's the LITTLE BY LITTLE that gets the desired outcome without much opposition. Don't let it get started.

So, we just let the puppy mills continue to pump out sick, poorly bred dysplastic dogs, and do nothing?

Is that what you'd prefer, to keep your precious 'freedom' as a breeder?

Ram is right sunsilver,  I dont give a rats ass about puppy mills as you call them.   What is the definition of a puppy mill anyway.   I think there's more than one way to skin a cat.

I think our precious freedom is worth everything.  I'm not talking about freedom to breed dogs and you better understand what ram means.    Its gonna bite us all in the soft spot if you dont start understanding whats going on in the world.

Its much greater than breeding dogs.

Dogs are the least of it by far.  One day people wont be able to do anything without a permit and government approval.

And one day you wont have the right to argue about it.

Unless you live in Minnesota, I dont think you have a voice in that states legislature.

But yes this is happening in a state you live in soon if not already...

Alots going on in your state, and this country.  Not just dog laws.  Best start paying attention.

I'm sorry if I assume everyones in the USA..   If your not....  I'm sure you have similar problems

This or no other laws are going to stop puppy Mills      They can hide and go underground just like when the law outlaw liquor and still today        Dry counties in Texas have every way imaginable to sell liquor to every Tom Dick and Harry.....YEs my rights as a breeder are far more important than all the puppy mills in China      We have schutzhund top contenders that roll out puppies that are not sound or solid reps.of the breed and no one can stop them.....money talks and bull corn (_)___)  walks......Money can buy you any pass to do what you want   ..puppy Mill people dont spend one red dime to take good quality care so they have money in pocket to stay in business,,,,,,,,,I do not because I spend every di me on  my dogs and my kennel and I pay taxes on property....Most puppy millers   rent and dont even own the rental house or garbage dump they live in....... and when you dont own your own property    ,,,,,whallah    they wont find  you nor will they be able to enforce most laws......renters move overnight and switch houses in the dark of the moon.........I want no government slipping in ....right now their is a Bill before Your Congress to let the US Government own all water undedr the surface of the earth and if you are a well owner in the country   you will be force to pay to lease your water.....wow    costs three times electricity bills now to keep a well running..I use mega water each day  so I have a high light bill, along with A>C cost to cool and heat pupppies....so Ramsd is correct.....they slip in and before you know it     fines and fees are out the ghord......

Government is not suppose to dictate how I run my life....it is to run a government providing a safe haven to live in and let states proceede to punish the law breakers ,,,Crimes are the law breakers. and the last time I looked,,,,,,,God gave the ability to procreate not the USA government   And Yes   I am against breeding all the stray and unkept dogs in Tyler Texas   BUt the neighbors of mine have been reported three times for litters running up and down a county road following a sickly looking mother dog and a pack following......do they do anything    no    they dont have the man power of a place to keep them in the county....and there is not leash law in Cherokee county........what good is a new law that cant be enfoced any more thatn the old laws or lack of.....

Andrew Hunte wont stop breeding and buying puppies   He is a billionaire and can afford to keep puppy milling....It is little Yellowroses and little small breeders of excellent reputation that will be harmed......Just like our overpopulated Immigrants here in the USA  , they are having babies by the van loads , to march down to the SS office and claim them and receive a check every month to pay all their billas along with food stamps.....and they are not even legal citizens of the USA>>>>>>You gonna neurter all of them>?>?>>>gonna pass a law they have to abort every pregnancy or be shot......or they will have to pay a 500.00 fine everytime they have a baby....Never colledft it   ,,they run hide and have 5 more.....same thing in the dog world....you are not gonna stop puppy mills by punishing good breeders in cities all over America....
