Kim Strehl is adding dogs to the database without working backward to find dogs so that they apear. These pedigrees are full of "no information". I have spent hours researching dogs so that they appear correctly on the database and she has added at least 7 of my dogs without doing so correctly. How do I pull these dogs off so they can be added correctly?

Shannan, perhaps you need to give her more time to fill in the info? Posting pedigrees is a very time-consuming process, and can't be finished overnight.
If she/he doesn't do so after a reasonable length of time, you perhaps could do it yourself. If the dog's ancestors are in the database, sometimes all you need to do is add one or two ancestors that aren't, then the dogs will automatically link up, and complete the pedigree.
Go to your dog's page and select 'change pedigree', then add the missing info. Hit 'refresh' before closing the window, to make sure the information is entered properly. The database is very fussy about spelling and capitalization. Even an apostrophe can make a difference. It will register "Alaska's Yukon" and "Alaskas Yukon" as two different dogs, for example.
I also suggest you e-mail Kim and ask her to stop entering your dogs if it upsets you so much.

As for removing pedigrees, I made a mistake in entering some info (turned out one of the dogs had some ancestors of questionable lineage) and asked Oli to remove their pedigrees. That was months ago, and it still hasn't happened. I've heard Oli is very reluctant to remove pedigrees. I also think he just doesn't have the time to keep up with it, especially now the database has expanded to include other breeds of dog.

I think Oli doesnt remove pedigrees as a rule because it can have a domino effect and make a mess for many others .
I agree give this person some time to finish up or even offer your help. As a last resort you can go in and update pedigree's yourself, just make sure that you are right and be aware you will show up on a log as the user doing changes.
Any changes can have this domino effect .
