Aye Capt. but folic acid supplement is only necessary if the puppy food doesn't provide enough of it. Got to take care of those neural tubes. Good thinking Capt.
I used RC baby food once and will never do it again. My bitch never had a firm stool the whole time. We now use the RC puppy food when they are pregnant with better results.

T' folic acid be water soluble aye what t' lassy doesn't use she will just pee out aye...a pregnant or lactating woman be needing twice t' amount of a normal human aye, T' pregnant or lactating GSD Lassy be needin at least twice t' amount she required before she be bred Aye ...Below article regarding Boston Bulls be a goodie aye
