Asko was a living legend, and passed his greatness on to many of his progeny. His accomplishments will never be forgotten. I am so sorry to hear of this incredible dog passing.

I feel even more fortunate now to have my Bijou, a Quincy Waldwinkle son. (Asko grand son)

What a gorgeous dog he was.. It's too bad our breed cant have an extended life :(
To my condolence to the owner, friends and family.

The dog was over 14 years old which is a pretty "extended" life for any large dog regardless of breed.

He lived a nice long life for a GSD. it's always a shame when they have to go. It's a shame that the SV doesn't do AI or his owner could have stored frozen to use when he wanted.
