i saw a beautiful 4 month puppy the other day. she had very deep, rich coloring which made me just stare, since this made me think she must have imports in her recent pedigree. her very friendly owners confirmed the mother was a german import, and i was surprised to hear they only paid $200 for her. they said the lady selling the puppies couldn't get what she wanted and sold them cheap because she couldn't keep them anymore. i was so impressed at the puppy's beauty but a little surprised when i saw her walk around. her back is extremely arched, so much that she looks like she is walking on tiptoe. i never saw such an arch before. just curious as to what could cause that?

Do you mean arched like a cat sometimes does? If so, that means the puppy is extremely roached. This explains the sale for $200.00.
