Does anyone know of a company that carries Bail Out Blinds? (Bailing out the back of the blind)

I have seen permanent 3-sided blinds built with a door (small window) on a spring-hinge in Germany so the helper could escape if the dog didn't get there in a timely manner. The blind had short, temporary fence sections placed on either side so the dog had to go around and come in straight for a correct position. It thought it was pretty cool.
