That reminded me of some nice photographs of T. Floyd's young daughter with some of his dogs at a U.S.A. Sieger a couple of years ago. It is always positive to see young people in the sport.

Yes T.s kids are a great site to see,,,in the Schutzhund magazine , their pictures are precious......family of sport buffs....She was 8 years old, 4'5"and 75 lbs .. She was tiny, but man can you see her father in her....Her big brother, Terrell was the youngest competitor in the USA Schutz Natl Ch. at age 16 and placing 18h out of a field of 141 competitors. Daio has stepped into his steps and God help anyone who would try to stand in her way....she has a ribbon tied in a bow on the top of her head and her posture and form are very correct...the announcer before the judge did his critique, announced...O K folks ,,I have something to say,,,That little person, that giant you see over there , is EIGHT YEARS OLD. . I have never seen such poise and confidence in anyone of that age and Ive done 21 of these natl events. THEIR has to be three things that come together for her. First off, she has to have a well trained dog. She has to have a qualified teacher, such as her dad, T. FLoyd.."(this was the only time Daio smiled thus far since she stepped on the field for her obedience routine, and she broke into a huge smile and nodded her head in affirmation)..."and she has to have the determination and desire to compete at this level..It all comes down to one word.......OUTSTANDING". Her dog was Mendy z.Hasku-Drzovice, 2003 Universal Siegerin.

How cute is that!
She's so little in comparison to the dog and the people. LOL
Good for her! She was more composed than myself I think on the trial field.

I couldn't hear it that well, but I think the judge awarded 82 pts. Love the little gal playing with the dogs ears during the rather extended critique.

BTW: If that judge hadn't given her at least 90 pts. at most clubs they'd have tarred & feathered him.
LOL
