Wow! Those look heavy!  The shipping must be more than the product.

A 6'x12' weights about  325 lbs. Thats not so heavy, but, these kennels are very heavy duty ( 16 gauge tubing).  These kennels were not designed to be lightweight or cheap. They are designed for people who have dogs which are hard to contain, professionals who want to be able to put any dog in the kennel and it will be there when they come back, or for people who simply want the best.  I have some that are over 12 yrs old and they look and work just like new. If you want lightweight and cheap, try Walmart.

Don't care much for the latches. They look like two-handers, sharp on the square edges. Other than that they look darned good.

What is the location?

The latches are extremely easy to operate with one hand (gravity operated) and there are some square edges., but no sharp edges.

Near Atlanta GA
