www.brittanysanimalkingdom.com this ad is in dog fancy. wow those dogs are big. wonder if they would be good at any kind of work or would being oversized have a bad effect on them having working ability? wonder if they are healthy dogs bred from healthy stock or just bred for size? what do you think?

rediculous! They are all over standard and I wonder if they OFA? They should since it is owned by a vet but I didn't see anything that said they were OFAed!

I like the fact that they claim their puppies don't need training, because it's all genectic for them to not be chewers, barkers, jumpers, no leashes or collars needed, etc.................. They have found the Gene for the perfect dog. LOL!

It's like a freak show! No hip certs that I could see either.
How about this one?

Like Dobes, Shepherds and Rotties don't have enough problems already? I love the picture of the little girl riding the Doberman. Real nice.
Oh hey...at least they guarantee the hips up to two years of age. Of course, when you have them x-rayed at 2 years and 1 day old and they're bad, you're screwed. "So sorry. We told you not to let that little girl ride your dog"
Egads, now I'm really in a pissy mood.

And let's not forget "Old World Style". Clearly these idiots have never read a breed standard in their lives. I won't even go into training, much less genetics or health issues.
Let me guess...they had (insert breed here) as a child and they were so much bigger way back then. Yeah. And all adults are 10' tall when you're a child. "Old World"? Exactly how "old" are these people?
So, buy our dogs and don't bother with socializing or training them. 100+ lbs. of untrained, unsocialized dog. There's a recipe for disaster. A liability waiting to happen.

Classic... just another breeder cashing in on the "bigger is better" mentality

I think we should email them as "serious buyers" and ask questions like, OFA, like standards. like will you give me my money back if it chews. etc.

Mi GSD...Are you PMS-ing again?...Just kidding...I know how you feel...First off I'm not into any of the larger GSD's anyway...I like the medium sized dogs...that can actually do the work and can work for more then 5 minutes at a time...Particularly in this cooler weather...Compared to the heat that I'm used to...Large GSD's or Larger Rottie's are so not going to be able to do the work even in cooler weather...I have found out through trial and error that even people with supposedly good intelligence really become very dumb when it comes to simple things like what is a good dog and what isn't...So you have to take every individual as an individual....and not lump any of them together...
So they've found the gene that creates the "Perfect Dog"...that's very good news...One that doesn't need any training or anything...I guess it's just the owners that need all the training...Now if we could just find that gene that creates the perfect owner/breeder...that would really be something to stand up and yell about...
Smart breeders you can find...Honest breeders you can find...If we could just get both of them together more often we'd really be accomplishing something very special....
