Why would a GS stand with his rear legs crossed? Also when he does stand more or less normal his rear feet are angled outward and the rear appears weak. Anything would help.

You don't say how old this dog is.....or whether this dog has been injured or this has developed over time or is sudden. Can you post more information? Often when a dog is crossing rear legs (and it is older), it is not a very good sign. It can mean there is something wrong neurologically.

He is almost 2 years old and has been this way since he was a puppy. The breeder says it is called "angulation", whatever that is.

Rear feet angled outward could mean the dog is cow-hocked.

Cow-hocked? What is that and is that normal? Does that mean he has a bone problem? Or what?
