Let me start by saying that West-Germany has not existed since 1991 and leave it at that. These "West" German lines-to what are you comparing them? West-German lines vs East-German lines, Czech lines, American lines? Are you talking about show-lines or working-lines?
Please clarify your question and see how others answer you. I am not saying these things to pick on you; merely to clarify your question.
