We sold a puppy out of last years 12/23/06 litter the dog had both testes. All follow up exams both testes 6 month rabies shots testes were there.

After about 8mnths one decided to go up i don’t understand how but its not there.

The person that bought this pup wanted a good solid home protection dog with no intent of breeding. so i sold this gentleman a dog with full registration but in the purchase agreement it  stated pet quality. i said you never know i might want to even breed back to this pup for the lineage. In my contract for pet quality dogs i still back them up as far as debilitating health related problems. Which this is not.

But as we all know every body wants to become a breeder and everybody thinks they can breed. So this guy was bent with the criptoidism that took place.

Me i think being a stand up guy gave him right off the back three options. Especially after he said he couldn’t even look at the dog no more.

Option 1: give me the dog and ill refund your money. Especially that you can stand to look at him now. We don’t need that dog tied up to a tree in his yard somewhere.

Option 2: you can purchase another puppy from one of my now or upcoming breading for half price.

Option 3: ill split the neuter.

mind you the guy bought the dog as a pet and protector, with the training i have worked with this dog since he was born he is almost classified as a level one protection dog.

Those offers are more than fair, especially if you don't cover cryptorchids in pet quality dogs.  Is the guy balking at your offers?  What is it that he wants?

HE NOW WANTS TO BECOME A breeder. SO MY OTHER QUESTION WAS. wHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT BREEDING OR EVEN YOUR DOGS ANCESTORS IN FACT?

I'd say...what the hell does having two testicles have to do with the price of tea in China???

It's a pet, the only thing it does is make it unbreedable.

He is not thinking of breeding the cryptorchid is he?? 

Your offers are more than fair as it was sold aas a pet!  The guy obviously has no business breeding!  If it was me, I would just offer #1 or #3, I wouldn't place another dog with him!

i JUST WANT TO SEE WHAT THE THOUGHT IS I TALKED TO A BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND THEY ARE LIKE TELL HIM TO SCREW OFF HE GOT MORE THEN WHAT HE PAID FOR AND THATS IT.

aLSO I FAILED TO MENTION ALL THE TRAINING I DID FOR HIM WAS HALF PRICE OF MY OTHER CUSTOMERS.

HE CAME ON TUFF TIMES, HE DOG GOT KILLED HE WIFE GOT PREGNANT SO I REACHED OUT AND CUT THE PRICE SO THAT THE DOG COULD BECOME THE BEST HE COULD BE.

i EXPLAINED TO HIM FROM EVEN BEFORE HE BOUGHT THE DOG.

I AM IN THIS SOLEY FOR THE DOGS I DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PERSON ONLY THE DOG. wHAT EVER IS BEST FOR MY DOGS AND THE GSD BREED.
