trainers in Michigan - Page 1

Anyone here recommend any trainers in MI. They seem to be far and few in-between. I am looking for Sch/ protection work.

Have you talked to Steve Robinson?  He's looked in the Goodrich area I believe.

Have you checked out the club list on the USA website?  There are several USA schutzhund clubs in Michigan.

In addition there are also at least 4 training groups (not official USA clubs) that I know of.  One is Steve Robinson's (already mentioned) then there is one in Ann Arbor, one in Milan and one in Belleville.  The one in Ann Arbor is run by my husband and I, and I have contact info for the others.  Email me if you'd like it since I'm not going to post other people's phone numbers or email addresses on the board.

I have a friend in the Grand Rapid area that is always looking for people to train in French Ringsport if that is of any interest to you.  She is also a vet which is nice.  PM me if you are interested in her contact info.

I don't see anywhere on the web site where Robinson is a SchH trainer???

Steve's business is a general boarding/training facility.  He doesn't train SchH as a business so it's not on his website.

He has been involved in SchH for decades, has titled multiple dogs raised from puppyhood, has competed many times at the Nationals, been on USA's WUSV team, written many articles for USA's magazine....

So yeah, he knows a bit about SchH training.
