My kids love to play with the dogs and I love when they are goofy together.
But, I would like to find some games where they are learning together too. My youngest is around the mental abilities of seven or eight, roughly. He is very intuitive with the dogs and I would like input on some games he could play with them that would teach some skill to the dog and give my son something he can learn too. He nnotices everything and copies tone of voice and time of reward very well from watching me.
Does anyone have suggestions of tasks/games that are beyond ob which he does well with all the dogs but not extremely complicated?

dawgs...
since i have a six and seven year old<<( soon to be eight)...i would like to hear about some games myself........i had just read your tracking games question, and i think im gonna go out in just a few mins and teach boss to find my kids....he loves to track so i dont think it will be hard to teach him this...i plan to start out by letting one of the kids hide..with treats in his/her hand...then lead boss to them a few times, letting them give him a treat each time he (we) find them.....does this sound like a good way to teach that?...
