I am so excited!!! Ultra-sound is AWESOME! - Page 1

Hey all, I don't post too often but just wanted to tell someone that I took a bitch for a friend of mine for her ultra-sound to see how many puppies she is carring and the vet said he could see at least 8 to 10! It was soooooo neat! I got to be with Troja and see the puppies on the ultra-sound! I feel like a new auntie!!!!! Going to be a nice breeding too! That is awesome and exciting and I agree ultrasound is cool...now if you want to have some fun, take the ultrasound print out to work....someone is bound to ask "boy or girl?" And you can say...SOME OF EACH! Then watche the confused expressions on their faces! LOL

Ultrasound is very cool. But we've found that it's a fine art to count puppies on it though.

Where is the ultrasound? I checked both links. Maybe I gave it the "guy" look.

The right vet can usually get a good count (mine is one of those!) and it is really a very cool thing!!

The last time I was told 8 pups I had 12 so get ready for some fun!

My vet is also one of those that is VERY good at counting with the ultra-sound! I have done a couple of others and he is always right give to take 1 puppy! He has said 6 or 7 many times and it was 7 every time!! I am so greatful for a good veterinarian!!! Now, I just can't wait till I can feel the puppies move!!!!! Gosh!!! I just love puppies!!!
