This is NOT a topic - should have been listed under "STUD DOG" link.
Steve
Sorry, new to site. We're all German Shepherd Dog people here.
Don't be rude. Check below, add posted for stud service.
Was I rude? Why did you double post? Because you are "new to the site"? Very naive (borderline with being rude).
Huh? Is the dog titled? Is he a LE certified dog? Has he produced titled or LE certified offspring? I would hazard a guess that a working x showline dog with Pirol as grandfather is not high on the list of desireable crosses or needed lines for most serious breeders - the fact that you have not bred him is really not a plus either. He's probably a great individual and I bet you really want a pup from him and that is why you are posting. Good luck and put on your kevlar.

Is this a joke? Pirol was a working-line dog and a top competition dog in his day. This stud being offered is a GRANDSON, who has done WHAT?? Credentials? What makes him so special as a stud, particularly as you state he has NEVER been bred? He is also the GRANDSON of a major show-line producer. So, Bach is what, half show and half working, or are there other admixtures in the mix that don't have the "name" draw? I notice you don't have a link in this blatant ad-trying -to- masquerade- as- a -thread. What would that show? :-)
"Tri-color working coat"? What, exactly, does that mean? Are you trying to say that he is a sable? If you don't even know the correct terminology to describe his coat....WHAT are you doing offering him for stud????? Perfect FEET????? HOWLING??
On top of that, NO titles, no survey, not apparently an ACTUAL police K9, either, so, again, WHY should anyone have any interest in breeding to him?
Hopefully, anyone with half a functioning brain will pass on "this opportunity."

My dog's lineage on the sire's side is Dax Von Der.Land Tanne ( a former K-9 officer) who was sired by Pirol Van't Enclovehof. The dam was Trixie Van GlockenBerg SchHI and was imported after acquiring her first Schutzhund title, her sire was a Czech dog, Nick V. Poloxu (not sure of the spelling, lost pedigree during move)who had multiple Czech titles and was sired by Ulk Von Arlett.
My dog, Bach, has 6 generations of pedigree with only 6 dogs in 6 generations without titles of either SchH I, II, III or FH. Tricolor coat is described by SV pedigree registration as Black/Tan(or Red) and Grey. Not know sable coats? I owned 3 sable colored German Shepherd Dogs.
Unfortunately, my area has no Schutzhund clubs that's why he was trained in a Police K-9 training facility. That is the only reason my dog is not titled. Therefore, do not doubt the pedigree or working ability of my dog.
He has never been bred because I refuse to breed him to any bitches with American bloodlines and there are no breeders in my area who own bitches that are not from an American line or if from European lines, the pedigrees were not equal to that of my boy.
Breed because I want a puppy? I have refused many offers to stud him out, even from people out of state willing to drive their bitches to my home just so I could personally inspect the bitch and not just read a pedigree. I don't want a puppy from my dog because my age and health prevent me from taking on any dog that I am not able to own for the duration of it's life. I am only interested in studding him out once to an approved bitch because the pedigree and quality my dog possesses is too exceptional to have die out.
Call me a purist but I believe in breedings that ensure the totality of the breed- working ability, structure and appearance.
Glockenburg, dont rise to the bait, there are a lot of people here who live in glass houses, and therefore shouldnt throw stones. Some folk here arent happy unless they are upsetting others. I would never ask certain people here for advice. The good advice will come from people who walk the walk, and have been doing so for many years. Dont let the few spoil your enjoyment of this board, and at the end of the day, do your own thing, what you feel happy with.
Happy New Year from the U.K everyone, even the grouches!
By all means, "do your own thing'! This is America and you can breed (and register!) anything you damn well please and do it "jes "cuz." Breed on!!
