VietNamNet Bridge The prints believed to be those of a tiger or panther in a field in Nam Phuoc Town, Quang Nam province turned out to be those of a dog.
The local rangers yesterday surveyed the fields in Nam Phuoc and discovered the strange footprints in other areas.
They realized there are three families breeding German Shepherds near where the prints were spotted. The dogs were brought to the scene and it was discovered that the prints and the paws are a match.
Local authorities immediately removed their ban on local citizens entering the area.

Hello!
Even I think I could tell the difference between a dog paw print and a panthers. Glad that they did as well. :)
