I am looking a a puppy with the following pedigree  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/para.utkoma?fadir=513112&modir=744838
I have not located hip results for the Dam but the pedigree looks like most of the relatives have been ok'd.

I am also looking at a showline litter, now I have not had a showline GSD in almost 20 yrs and it was an American show line.  Again I have not located OFA results for Mom or Dad but here is their pedigree.  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/para.utkoma?fadir=744841&modir=562722

I would really appreciate any input from your folks.

Dont know much about showlines.

If this dog was bred in Europe than hips of the dam had to be breeding quality so you should be ok.

If the dog was bred in the USA, then you need to contact the owner of the litter/dam. You will find your answers there
Pedigree looks fine, but then I would be more into getting the know the work ethics of the parents. Why was this pedigree put together? Why did they breed the dam to this particular male, was it because they complement each other or because the stud fee was the cheapest one on the block. Why did they do the 55 line breeding on a particular dog, what were they looking for in this breeding and why are they selling this dog (looks like an older puppy).. Hyper is not drivey, food drive doesnt mean the dog will track and hunt. Over the top drives can mean hectic dog..blah, blah, blah... too many questions only the seller can answer huh?

You need to ask these questions but not here, you should ask the seller.
I saw great dogs with pedigrees that did not have a single heavily advertised or popular dogs, and shittiest dogs with fabulous pedigrees and all in-between.

Good luck on your search...

What are you wanting a puppy for? Any specific work?  I personally wouldn't buy any puppy where one of the parents are not OFA'd, but that's just me.  I like the first pedigree, but I'm not familiar with the second one.

Ellute is an AWESOME producer...awesome.  There are some good/great lines in the dam side too...and this is one case where I would break my rule and buy a puppy who's parents are not both Koerklassed.  Don't know about show lines or why you are not sure which one you want.  However, I would insist on the hips and elbows being done and I personally won't want anything below and excellent unless there is a reason (to wit: a unilateral injury and proof that the dog is still agile at an older age) along with stellar bloodlines and hips/elbows all the way back.

Wait...aren't you the one selling a mal?  (He is pretty by the way) You made changes to the Sires' pedigree according to the PDB history of changes so you must know the dog and know how awesome Ellute pups are and the linebreeding of that pup is very desireable.
