Rocky and von Zoller and Eurosport - Page 1

Here is what I know about the situation. Dawn is Lauras client. Her dog died and she needed another dog right away do to a personal issue. Laura bought Rocky from me for her client. She told me Dawn was short on money. Josef was leaving the next day to come to Texas so she asked if he could bring Rocky with him to save Dawn $500 usd on shipping. Josef agreed and he brought Rocky to Texas. Laura was on the way to my place for a seminar and she offered to pick Rocky up and take him back to her house and Dawn was to pick him up. All of this was done to help Dawn. Rocky has missing teeth so he was only to be for personal protection. Dawn decided not to pay shipping and Laura did not send him to her. I would have charged Dawn board and no way would I have kept the dog that long. Laura finally shipped him and paid the shipping and so she kept the papers. I am not involved in this any further. Dawn wants to sell Rocky and the new owner wants papers but this has nothing to do with me. They need to contact Laura. i gave her the papers when she bought him. Taunya

it seems you dont care where your dog goes? if i was you i would have helped fix the problem even if you are not involved because your name is in it too. sounds like luara is a pain in the butt to peopel even you eurosportk9.all i am saying is she paided you 2700 for a dog that is nothing that she asked for it seems.why keep a dog 7 months thats ust wrong she should of shipped him earlyer then make a agreement about paying for papers? it sucks that you let your usa contact take your name down with them.the communnication between people is very short because know one replys back i dont care how big or well known you are if you dont reply to problems they just get bigger and bigger sorry and they never go away.

Wow. The plot thickens. I was told that this dog had undergone training and nothing about the missing teeth from either Laura or Taunya. Now I know why I waited so long to get the dog. His teeth needed to grow in. You are correct, I did not pay Laura for the shipping from Texas, as it took over 6 months for me to get the dog. Would you pay shipping from Texas to Nevada after already shelling out 3 grand and waiting so long to get your dog? A dog who now has a kennel mentality and forgot his training. I never claimed to be a trainer and yes, I did want a dog for protection. I did not get what I paid for. I paid cash in full to Eurosport and the shipping from Europe with receipts to back up my word. Not only that but, I paid close to $3000 US dollars for a dog that I now find out had missing teeth. What other health issues am I going to be made aware of? Now I know that I indeed got screwed by both VonZoller and Eurosport and willconsider legal action for the full refund price of a damaged animal. Fortunately, I save everything and have receipts and all of my e-mail correspondence from Laura and Eurosport to back up my word. I will gladly post them all as to warn future clients of this deceitful plot.

Then, for pity sake, take legal action and cease cluttering boards with MULTIPLE threads about YOUR issues. Frankly, the REST OF US KNOWS THAT THE WHOLE TRUTH is NOT coming up on these threadds and perobably never will. So, please, this is, what, the 4th, 5th or 6th thread in a few days about this situation? It is time to give it a rest here, pusue legal action, if you think you have the evidence to back you up. At the same time, remember that Taunya and Josef may have grounds for legal action against you, as well. All of you need to step back, take a breath, calm down and really consider your actions more constructively.

sounds like eurosport fullfiled it obligation. as they said in the first post. dawn is laura's customer. laura bought the dog from eurosport and then laura sold dawn the dog. so laura bought the dog first and recieved the dog and papers from eurosport. then laura sold dawn the dog ( at a little profit i'm sure) so it is laura's responsibilty to work out the paper issue. not eurosport. eurosport's ownership of, and responsibility for the dog ended when laura took delivery of the dog. when you sell a car to someone, then that person turns around and resells it to a third party you are not responsible to make sure the third party gets the title work.

Iwardlow Who are you and why do you care about this? Of course I care where my dogs go. Are you saying Dawn is unfit? I thought she was a super home for a dog. You want this dog and you want the papers. Pay Laura the shipping and you will probably get them. If you would have been honest about what you wanted when you contacted me, I would have helped you. Laura told me Dawn did not care about the teeth because she would never breed the dog. He had a ton of training. Look at his videos. Laura does not work with us anymore so I may have a hard time getting this done but I will try to help you get the papers. I always help clean up her messes. I hope this will be one of the last times. Taunya
