i need info on how i can get papers for a dog that was bought from these kennels.my friend bought a dog from eurosportk9 for $3000 us dollars and he was sent to zoller kennels where they keep him for seven months before he was shipped to my friend. she never got any papers where von zoller kennels ask for more shipping money or she could not get her papaers. laura asked for shipping money or no papers . due to waiting seven months after she shipped she was asking for more money .

you might try contacting Taunya at Eurosport yourself. What have you got to lose? I have had no difficulty dealing with her and imported several dogs of varying ages. papers were no problem.

Actually I myself had a very shoddy experience with EuroSportK9 Kennel. Taunya does not have time to reply to any emails your write to her, it seems. They sound very professional and to the point but the execution absolutely sucks. They have no people skills. I think their recent found success has gone to their small heads.

i am not trying to bash any kennel just like to get the problem solved.it seems laura from von zoller kennel is not going to give her the papers to her because sheh wont pay for shipping . but from what i understand is it took to long to ship a dog you payed for with out papers. so please understand i am not trying to make a kennel look bad just want this fixed for both party. if the dog was bougt from eurosportk9 then he should of been shipped direct to the owner not von zoller. so i feel von zoller make the mistake by shipping to her. then take way to long to ship him back out .

It sounds like there is money owed before papers are released. What are the circumstances surrounding the dog being shipped and why was the dog kept for 7 months before being shipped? Boarding a dog and shipping a dog are usually not included in the purchase price. There may be transportation costs to take a dog to the airport too. How much do they say your friend owes before they release the papers?

Vikram,
don't know what happened and don't want to BUT there are always two sides to a story. I can list 10 people who have purchased dogs from Eurosport and have had many conversations by email AND phone with Taunya, myself included. These people are professional working dog handlers. Not LE, just SAR folks who put their life on the line (and their dogs too). Some of these dogs have worked the World Trade Center/the Pentagon and Oklahoma City terrorist attacks just to name a few. Not too bad huh? Not something many dogs can do. No bad or sick dogs there.
Just my two cents worth

Sometimes people make poor business decisions, and sometimes we place faith and trust in the wrong person. To help with that, there are contracts and ample laws.
There have been a number of people that have had problems with Laura Zoeller, ourselves included. She represented herself as something she was not on multiple occasions (including to us, and others). Taking money that didn't belong to her, representing sick dogs as healthy dogs, misrepresenting ages and titles, inflating prices, holding paperwork hostage...all while claiming to be "Eurosport" (to us and others). This also included specifically blocking access to the real Eurosport and Taunya, while misrepresenting us to Taunya and Taunya to us. We experienced all of this.
No doubt Taunya gave Laura the benefit of the doubt...as a broker. We didn't know Laura was a broker, as she stated to us that she was an employee.
We gave Laura and Randy Zoeller the benefit of the doubt based on Eurosport's reputation.
After being at wits end, we began contacting Taunya directly, and she's been very responsive.
We're working through our issues with Taunya, and no doubt hope to report a positive outcome. We've had only positive experiences with Taunya. If you were Taunya, this situation would *suck*.
In the meantime, I'd say we've learned: Laura is not Eurosport, and Eurosport is not Laura. Laura also sells her own dogs heavily implying they're Eurosport's. It's hard for Taunya to clean up Laura's messes, done in Eurosport's name, when Taunya may not know what they are...yet.

Everyone know that I have tried to help Laura- probably to much. I really wanted to help her get her life together and clean up the disasters. I try not to judge except by my own experiences and Laura seemed so full of life and eager and showed a great love of dogs.
I tried to show her proper business ethics and customer care to bring her business up and to become successful with obedience training for family and pet people and helping with my client load.
I am sorry to say- it did not work out. What a mess.
I guess everyone was right and I was wrong about her. I do feel very stupid about it.
