Any updates regarding to the German Shepherd that the judge sentenced to death for protecting his family from an illegal alien landscaping guy that assaulted some guys wife?

There is now a law being passed in NJ that if a dog is protecting his owner or property - he is exempt and will no longer be in danger. As for Congo he is currently at home with his family but the conditions (until the appeals are over) he cannot leave his property without a muzzle on and must be on leash if outside at all. The public outcry from around the nation absolutely made a difference and has helped to save this dog.
