Having been a long time resident of Martin County I think that ALL of PBC should be spayed or neutered.

Don't worry will not pass too many top breeders will not allow it.It should be mandatory for those convicted of any animal abuse or owners of puppy mills.Also on legal growns it vioalates your privacy right as a responsible owner or breeder.
