Which bloodlines have the characteristic of procreating excellence... Say the Palme Wildsteigerland producing Siegers (Note I'm refering to URAN and Ulme...) Vello Siebenfraulein for the Lierberg brothers... Fero Zuetenner Heilmereich...(pardon my spelling guys...) From Alf Nordfelsen arising excellence on both sides of the spectrum... Other ideas guys...

Aye, Regarding some performance breeds,T' wise breeder will use linebreedin' extensively, and upgrade t' line t' its genetic potential with strin'ent selection. This involves excludin' t' majority o' dogs from t' line as brood candidates. T' wise breeder will also make an occasional well planned outcross, but only with t' purpose in mind o' upgradin' t' core bloodline. Unfortuantely, we as humans seem t' get stuck in one gear or another, and struggle with t' ability t' breed performance animals t' t' highest level possible. T' real problem with breedin' a family successfully be that it takes more than a lifetime t' do it. As t' great breeder Dr. Leon F. Whitney said "man's life be too short t' make a great impact on any breed". With that in mind, t' best breeders will leave a successor, and pass t' torch with t' understandin' o' how t' continue perpetuatin' t' family.

Tangential point: Linebreeding = inbreeding "Linebreeding" is a euphenism for inbreeding and is going out of usage. Coefficiency of Inbreeding is a more accurate way to describe DEGREE of inbreeding.
