I have a 7 months old puppy, he has 2 large balls behind the Hip joints, on each side of the tail, any comments? There was nothing 3 weeks ago.
Getting ready for a vet. visit but any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Swollen anal glands perhaps? That is my best guess. If this is the case the puppy will need antibiotics and the gland sacs will be periodically manipulated to rid them of fluid. Your veterinarian can of course make the best diagnosis.

Can you be more specific about location? Are they at the base of the tail, or more underneath the tail, on each side of the anus?
And if they're between the hind legs, underneath, well, congratulations! His balls finally dropped!
