I don't know about Saudi Arabia, but in the "Kennels and Breeders" section to the left, there are breeders from Kuwait, India and Paki. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
If you don't mind going further, I hear they have a few dogs in Germany, US, and elsewhere.
Prices vary by product.

Faisal to send a pup or dog from usa would be costly. It would only be worth it if you are looking for a hard to find bloodline, like the ddr lines. There was more dogs sent to thee usa then most anywhere.
