Tiekerhook Dogs. - Page 1

It's me again. Still looking for puppy prospects when I finally make my decision. I've seen alot alot of dogs and also learned so much about pedigree's just by searching through and "mating" pairs. It's been a rewarding experience, and I think I may have found dogs I really like in the Tiekerhook Kennels. I've seen boards on here, but at the time I never was interested in these breeders. I know about them in general and skimmed through their site, looking at videos of dogs, etc. And I was amazed at how structurally correct they are while still attaining the ability to work. I've heard alot of people say "Careful what you wish for" when it comes to Tiekerhook dogs. And I hope i'll be able to handle it. But, what i'm asking for is a straight forward answer: The bad things when it comes to Tiekerhook dogs.

I've heard of lots of linebreeding on Fero, and now Nick. But I think i'm okay with that. Only one occasion of bad hips, and the dog was quickly replaced. I know they're pricey. Crazy dogs, got that.

Is there anything i'm missing?

don't think just go for it. Take my word you will not regret it. It will be the most complete GSD you will ever find.

take my word. I feel I'm blessed owning a Tiekerhook GSD. And I'm going in for my second soon!!!!

I am in l,ove with mine.She just turnrd 6 months old and her protection is through the roof along with doing 70 yard tracks with 2 turns....

Hahaha. I'm not old, though! I think i'll have a few of the guys do the work with her, if she's that strong.  They won't be too hard to convince. Just pull the little ol' me act.

Kreiger, she's gorgeous. Makes me want to make the choice now! I hate waiting. So far only good things. But a couple people pm'd me saying they're not all they're cracked up to be. But with this many GOOD feed back, I don't know if I can resist not getting a tiekerhook.
