I have been contacted by several customers stating that a dog supplement dealer is advertising his company, using our companie's name and website, Canine Performance Nutrition. He is advertising here on the database using k9 performance nutrition in his caption. Our website is k9performance.com. To me and many others, this is misleading, confusing and on the verge of trademark infringement. If anyone has questions about any of this, they can contact me personally at 1-800-554-5401. Thanks, Mike @ Canine Performance Nutrition

K9 Performance Nutrition
Athlete, Agility, Show, Active... Great Price, Specials, Human Grade
k9power.com
Infringement? Not in my book. All that one has to do is click on k9power.com to get to the advertising party's website. Do you have a copyright on the word "Performance" when applied to the canine diet? If so, perhaps you should go after Bravo who makes Performance Dog (great stuff, BTW) frozen chubs.

Well Louise, I have a dozen people that beg to differ. If they clicked on it, thinking it was Canine Performance Nutrition, that means they were misled. Capiche? Hence the term 'misleading'. You've made it quite clear that you're a big fan of them so no need to mislead us with your implication that you're only looking at this from the legal side.

Oh, hell no--I don't use any of these "designer" supplements these days. Although I have successfully used products by both companies in the past, I have no need for these with the modified raw diet that I currently feed!
Anyhow, k9power.com has eliminated the alleged "misleading" aspects in their new ad.
Sorry--I hate "ambulance chasers"--that's all.

I have a question, you don't seem to list the ingredients on your web site??? Maybe I missed them but I was looking, I saw a general ingredient list like "predigested liver, whey..." I would like to know more, seriously.
