Whats the price for a female arround the age of 12-24 months, who have no titled, and have VA parents.

Nicky, I would say that $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 is a fair price, considering if the hips and elbows are evaluated as good, not just passable, the young female is 100% within the conformation standard, all other health checks have been done, and the temperament is correct. Her fertility is of course questionable and unknown unless a breeding is attempted.
Young females proven to be fertile are of course worth a bit more. The fact that the parents are both VA-rated is really meaningless except on the pedigree and the proof of quality exists with the young bitch-not her sire and dam. If the bitch is started with bitework, tracking, obedience, etc. yet not titled this of course will add to the price. A young started bitch of VA parentage who is started and showing promise may easily command twice the price that I stated before.
These females are out there-one just has to be patient and develop a good network with some excellent breeders. Often a young bitch of decent quality can be purchased for the same price or less than some of the overpriced puppies who are at best a crapshoot.
Good Luck,

wow Bob thats a low range of price 100 % within the standard !! no dog sieger or not is 100 % , plus temperament is correct well temperament and working ability is a subject we all would just get into a debatte about :))
a pup out of proven parents proven to produce is already running $1.500 plus . Now add the time spend to raise and then x-rays so lets say we got a good speciment very good character good hips and conformation no way a quality such as you described is available at 12 - 24 months old for 1.500 or even 2.000 !!
unless we have differences in obinions on quality . I am picky and I have and will pay for a quality dog no quality dog in the age of 12 to 24 months is avaialble for a puppy price period !!
a companion home with a marginal dog, lets give it a superp parentage will fight to the death about the quality of their pet . and would not render this family companion for 1000's
My rule is it is what it is regardless of bloodline good is good marginal is marginal however I will not fault those individuals who speak and feel highly of their dogs. My opinion is only one opinion :)
So depending what the original poster is seeking we really don't know . Now do we ?? if he wants a pet then the price range is OK :)

Pia, your statements are very true and I merely intended to keep my answer simple. The original poster did not state the final intention for this female; merely some generalities and I presumed from those that the poster sought what would be a fair price for a young female of companion quality.
The more "options" available increase the price tremendously. I did not add the perceived improvement of value such as excellent show ratings, etc., for these were not in the original post.
I seriously believe that a young female who has placed well in the conformation ring, started in training, and an excellent competition prospect could sell for $5,000.00-$10,000.00. The price of such a female reflects the value added to that female by the breeder.
Pia, your well-known success at making excellent choices of dog selection, and the successful training and showing of those dogs speaks for itself and I consider your opinions to be most valuable.

I would not disagree with either of you actually.... I think you can find young females in the price ranges you have both indicated, depends on how hard you want to look and exactly what you are looking for.....
someone out there has a nice young female for 500. and someone else has one for 15,000.
the OP just needs to decide what they are willing to pay for what they desire.... Good Luck.
Bob-0 and pia both give some excellent advise as always !! :-)

Thank you for your comments.
I am sorry that I missed out to write that I am looking for a female for future breeding.
