Anand,

it is a normal puppy in a developmental stage. His rear is stretched out into that pose. At his age, the angulation seems overdone, but he will outgrow that.

may I direct your attention to the other thread again? You know the one with 4pack's dog? I had asked you a question there and would love to hear your opinion.

I'll admit the picture could have been taken from a better angle, but personally, I wouldn't touch that pup with a 10 ft. pole. And I DON'T think he's going to outgrow it! He's got no butt, and way too long an upper thigh. And stretching a dog out in a stack tends to straighten out a roach, rather than making it look worse.
